AVOID! I booked a blow dry assuming a hair wash was included. On arrival I was told I would need to pay £15 extra for a wash. I disputed this as a wash,cut & blow dry is £30 then she said ok £10 is ok. I felt I had no choice as i had already paid £15 for the blow dry. The place was dirty, including the sink where my hair was washed. The lady did not know how to do a blow dry. I was highly disappointed and decided to walk out mid blow dry and hair wet as I knew I could do it better myself.

The whole experience was terrible, they ruined my hair and cut it way to short despite telling them not to. They agreed they made a mistake but would not give me a refund. They charge me for something they themselves agree they have not delivered. The whole experience was very bad and I think Treatwell should not keep Good-look-hair and beauty - Walsall on the panel as they will spoil your reputation. I would like to launch a formal complain for having unprofessional and underqualified staff.
