Boss clearly cnt take critisism of her dirty salon. Nobody told me 2 wait outside. 1 lady on all day and that bin had been that way all day as i arrived late after 4. U have appaling reviews already on how dirty your place is. Girls blowin on wax stick then applying this 2 the skin. Re training is needed. I will be taking my money further up the rd and i will be reporting you. Pull your socks up and do your job
Went to this salon to have my hair roots done and eyebrows tidied. The lady owner/manager (don't know her name but usually has permanent bright pink lipstick on) was rude beyond words. A very bad attitude problem.She is not going to get any customers with this attitude.
Will never go there again and warning others to beware of this woman's rude behaviour. I would give it no stars but no option for this. Will also report her to the overseeing body.
Absolutely loved everything, got my makeup done for my nephews wedding me and my daughter loved the final look and had very good quality service and makeup. Very nice and friendly workers. Overall the whole price for styling my hair & makeup was very good and reasonable and will be going back!
I was given a full body massage and head massage as gift from my mum. And wow I was so pleased with the massage it was exactly how I needed it and the amount of pressure was given as my comfort. I felt so relaxed, thank you poonam for such an amazing experience I will surely come again and again. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and at ease

Awful service and extremely rude staff and owner. The shop is dirty and unhygienic. They use the same stick and wax everywhere and do not follow proper hygiene practices.
The staff’s attitude is terrible – one member in particular is very rude and unprofessional the one who has short men’s hair cut. Overall, this is a disgusting and horrible place. I would never go back and do not recommend this shop to anyone.

She has replied to my review calling me a liar. I do not want a discount or free treatments. You are highly disrespectful and The transgender you have employed is rude and arrogant and puts the phone down when you call, lies that you are not there but you are. Your and your staff lack professionalism and scream on the phone that other salons charge so much money and you are so cheap etc. Your prices are inline with the rest of Birmingham so you are not cheaper. You are providing a service you instead scam people. You take upfront payment because you know you make errors and then don’t want to compensate for those. Read all the bad reviews you have.
Unfortunately you are unprofessional. You have your daughter running around on the weekends. She even slapped your worker on the face and you were clearly embarrassed but couldn’t tell her off. You scream and yell on the phone and then accuse your customers of being liars. Absolute no professionalism. You do not care about your customers only their money. Once you have it you don’t provide the correct or incomplete service.
