Went quickly, will need to book a longer session next time, was able to use the full time though. She was great at adjusting the pressure where needed and checked in to see if the pressure was okay. Felt like a full body massage which I didn't mind, legs and face was also massaged.

I booked Elise as the reviews were great, but instead I was used to train another member of staff - I usually don't mind this so didn't say anything. The lash lift was a little uncomfortable at times, and the result was fine. Nothing massively wrong (I do have short lashes so appreciate that I'll never look like the adverts for lash lifts) - but not as great as when I've had at other places. Atmosphere was kind of weird.
