Louisa is my favourite waxer and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. When she does my waxing it is as painless as it can be and I’m a massive wimp. She is quick and efficient and gets the job done as painlessly as possible. I also tried her for a massage during a previous trips and was surprised that someone so efficient could also be so soothing at massage as beauty professionals aren’t always good at both. She is also so lovely and warm and welcoming. Thumbs up all round
