I've never had a facial before but Louisa was very friendly and did a really good job. She also was super knowledgable and taught me a lot about my skin/type that I never knew which was great.

Lou was fantastic today - not only did she accommodate my tardiness to my appointment, she was outgoing, sweet, cheerful and easy to chat to. She took great care of my eyebrows after almost 7 months of no waxing, even though my lateness caused her to be in a rush. She’s got a great work ethic and the salon is clean, bright, welcoming and adhering to all Covid restrictions and rules with grace. I look forward to returning on Friday when I get to enjoy a half hour back & neck massage.
