Had a poor experience in this clinic. The lady who did the massage for me didn’t listen to my needs. Before the session starts, I specifically told her that I have pain in my shoulder and asked if she can focus more in that area. She didn’t listen and focus on doing my whole back. Also, I kept on telling her to please put a little less pressure because the way she’s doing it is way tooooo much for me. Honestly, I almost cried because of the pain I couldn’t handle. Otherwise, ambiance is good

I have been a loyal client of this clinic for over 6 years, but I can no longer ignore the dangerous decline in professional standards. Recently I have experienced three serious safety incidents:
Electrical safety: During a session, the electrical current was set so high, it was painful and distressing.
Fire Hazard: While performing cupping, a burning fragment fell from the tool and flew past my head. It was pure luck that it did no land in my hair.
Medical Negligence: Most recently, the practitioner left acupuncture needle in my shoulder after the session ended. I had to discover it and remove it myself.
To make matters worse , the practitioner did not ever apologize for leaving the needle in my skin.
It is clear that professional standards and safety protocols are no longer being followed.
I can no longer recommend this clinic to anyone who values their safety and peace of mind.
