Hannah is always great and makes the waxing as painless as possible, She always ensures I am comfortable and the temperature of the room is Ok with me and has altered the treatment based on experience she has had with me, so now she applies baby powder after the treatment rather than oil as she noticed fewer ingrown hair on the next treatment
