My hair left in a worse state than walking in. I came in for a dry trim - following the blunt, straight edge shape of my long hair. I somehow ended up with different lengths, all uneven with each other, varying from chunks with 3 inches cut off to some that were never even trimmed.
The hair dresser told me she was getting rid of my split ends, but this was an unsolicited and terrible attempt at layers? Currently booking an emergency appt somewhere else. Please give her more training!

Sonia done amazing job with my tough hairs on my private area with minimum pain but she was very gentle and the price was so reasonable she referred me to do laser i will definitely start my laser from couple of weeks soon.
