Absolutely delighted to find Gerard who clearly understands a sporting anatomy and in my case, how to assist the process of getting back to training after some time out. I honestly felt like I had new legs after the appointment and hope to work towards greater mobility and strength with his ongoing help. The therapy room is small but more than adequate. Booking again without hesitation and well in advance given how busy Gerard appears to be. The easiest recommendation I have made in a while. 👍
