Disappointing first time around! I booked this for my mother as her Christmas gift and she was left waiting for over 30 minutes with no pre warning that they were running late. She was left no option to re book and wasn't exactly given a very apologetic response.
When she did receiver her facial treatment she did receive an extra half hour skin analysis and spa gift set as a apology for the initial let down.
Lets hope this doesn't happen again - always contact your clients if you are running late!
