Reception service is provided by the Hotel, not the spa. It was a little haphazard but friendly. A dog roamed in and out of the lounge area, and the cleaner was vacuuming. Also, there was building work going on during the massage, which rather spoilt the ambience. 'Deep tissue' wasn't very deep, but it was lovely and relaxing.

Staff all really helpful. Facilities very clean. Just a shame you have to walk outside between treatment hot tub and shower etc
