Lovely spa facilities, newly built and very atmospheric, offered drinks on arrival, very lovely and chatty staff. Maybe a little pricey but would come again.

This is the second time I've visited the Salon - this time I purchase the mummy and me package for myself and my mum for mother's day. The massage was amazing again - the staff are really lovely. We were made to feel very welcome and I felt like our individual needs were met in the massage. Really enjoyed the hot tub as well. Didn't feel rushed at any point - just a very relaxing day!

It's been a while since my last visit to Gloots (pregnancy and previous medication prevented me from having microdermabrasion... I was glad to return! Jacqui to my surprise remembered me; she always gives a warm welcome and a professional service tailored to individual needs. The treatment was fantastic and had desired results. I will definitely be returning!
