We were met in the hotel by a cheerful smile and professionalism. Mum and I were both having a facial together which was fun and also sooooo relaxing! We cannot stress enough how much we enjoyed our time at Gloots. Both therapists were approachable, honest and very professional. Very much a place to visit. We were given a face mapping session which was a great learning curve, for me in particular and I will most certainly take their advice and use it to my advantage (I hope).

Absolutely fantastic, from the minute I walked in, I felt relaxed and happy! Jacqueline made me feel comfortable (I was a little nervous) with her calming and competent manner. Next treatment booked there and then.
