The main reception area was fairly busy, but I enjoyed a complimentary cup of tea whilst waiting for my treatment. The staff are all lovely and friendly, the treatment was explained and carried out very well. I will be returning.

Jaqueline was perfect. It was my first massage and she made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I was incrediblely stressed and tense when i went in and left feeling calm and well rested. A lovely massage. I cannot recommend Gloots and Jaqueline highly enough.
