The hotel is located on the loveliest little road just out of the centre of york. I was asked to wait in the lobby of the hotel for my therapist. She came and got me, and offered me a drink which was lovely. The therapy rooms were downstairs from the hotel. The room itself was lovely and smelt wonderful. I was left to undress and lay on the table while the therapist left the room. She then came back and turned down the lights, and there was a relaxing soundtrack on in the background. The massage itself was lovely, she asked if I’d rather more or less pressure and ensured I was comfortable and happy throughout. I felt lovely and I came out feeling relaxed. Overall, the experience was lovely and the therapist wonderful.
