The manicure was awful. The customer service was awful. I haven't had any compensation whatsoever. Beyond surprised by this abysmal level of service. Why a business would allow a customer to email x10 times about an issue and let it get so far that they leave a negative review rather than give a refund is mad.

Had my eyebrows waxed for the first time at Glo Beauty. I was a bit nervous about it, but the therapist I had explained what she was going to use and gave her advice and what she thought would be best for my brows. I was really pleased with the result! They look tidy and nicely shaped and it was such a quick procedure too! Would definitely come again.
