Poor customer service, the receptionist had the worst attitude. My treatment with Patrica was great but then they decided to charge me a different price even though I booked through Treatwell. I don’t think I will use this company again as ruined my whole experience with their incompetence and not listen to what I was saying. At no point was I told the price would change and her attitude was like it doesn’t work like that. Absolutely appalling and just was so disgusted with the behaviour.
