Rachel is a sweet person that made me feel a lot more comfortable even though I was very worried about getting my hair fried. She was very thorough checking each bleached part. But the overall look is as if I haven’t had my hair done. My roots still look brown, the root line is there and my hair is a lot more yellow than it was before the appointment. I was so upset after paying the most I have in my entire life £240 and leaving with roots brown and hair yellow…

Rachel did such an amazing balayage for me, taking my hair from dark blonde to ash platinum. She will take the time to get it exactly how you want it and I am so pleased with the result. Adeline also fitted extensions for me and they are incredible, great quality and she was so lovely, attentive and precise with the installation. Thanks so much!

Rachel was incredibly welcoming, friendly and is clearly passionate about hair and balayage. It was my first time away from my baby and it was lovely to have some me time, a hot coffee, great conversation, beautiful hair and even a back massage in the chair! Rachel was so understanding when my partner bought my baby in and she let me use the back room to breastfeed. My hair looks great and when it felt a little delicate the next day Rachel whatsapped me loads of products which have helped! TY!
