This was my first hair appointment, highlights and cut, since moving back to London a year and a half ago. My hair needed attention! I am picky about salons and stylists. I like creative, experienced stylists but don't like slick salons. To cut to the chase, Rachel is PURE MAGIC. Amazing listener with great intuition about what will or won't work. We agreed on reference imagery and Rachel expertly took it from there. I left absolutely delighted with my hair and my good fortune in finding Rachel!
