I had a brilliant experience with Rachel. She was so kind and considerate in her advice and really took the time to understand what I wanted to achieve. She was then super enthusiastic and joyous through-out the whole procedure.
There was no hard sell of any products after, just advice as to what would work. Her whole aim is to make you feel good about your hair and ideally make it easier to maintain and she certainly delivered.

Having your balayage transformation done at Glitterdoll is an amazing experience. You get full attention to detail, a lovely warm, welcoming and friendly environment (Rachel and other staff there are so welcoming and fun) and most importantly, you get beautiful hair. My result was so tonal and so soft and shiny because care is taken at each step along the way with products and treatments to help rebuild your hair and protect it from damage. Rachel is an expert at what she does!
