Absolutely fab experience with Rachel ! Went from box dye black and 7m regrowth to a beautiful brown with caramels throughout. Rachel knew exactly what she was doing and had an eye of the outcome before she even began. I was beyond shocked at just how gorgeous my hair came out. I didnt lose any length and my lovely hair is now just as it should be, perfect. I will be returning in the future to bring my balayage upto a bronde blonde vibe and i am ever evr so grateful that I found Rachel. 🥰

Rachel is a hair wizard, she does literal magic, gives you exactly what you ask for, provides the best hair care tips - if you do what she says, your hair will be the healthiest it’s ever been. She’s also super kind and professional, I made a massive mess of my roots at home the last time I visited the salon, and she was nothing but helpful and reassuring, and fixed my mistake. Suffice to say I’ll never try to colour my hair at home again. Thank you so much Rachel, you’re a star!
