Rachel is fun and really listened to my wishes, even when I felt shy to ask. She gave me such beautiful princess hair and I'd totally like to be friends with her, that's how nice she is.

Was made to feel at ease, and I’m so happy with the final result! I asked for a more neutral ash balayage and that’s exactly what I got, and love it! Rachel was super lovely and had such great knowledge and was able to answer all my questions throughout the process - first time getting my hair dyed woohoo! Very relaxing, would definitely recommend!
