I had an amazing experience and I ‘m in love with my new look . Rachel was super friendly and reassuring , since I experimented with my hair in lockdown , I was a bit nervous of the outcome as it was quite damaged ,but she’s definitely super positive and knows how to do her job properly .

Hands down the best hairdresser if you are looking for a high quality and personalised balayage!
Honestly, I have never come across someone so sweet and so experienced as Rachel. She was SO patient and made sure Iwas 100% COMPLETELY satisfied before she finished! I wasn't happy with the first instance of colour so she revised it to get to the colour I was looking for.
Thank you SO SO much Rachel :) I am soo happy with my colour and have been getting lots of compliments!
