Been here a couple of times for BIAB and have always had a good experience, but I came just before holiday and booked an appt at the end of the day. I had a new man doing my nails and the shapes and length are completely different on both hands - I tried to explain at the end that they looked different and he tried to file a few but didn’t really understand. Seemed like he was rushing to get them done before closing or didn’t have much experience. Disappointed as have loved my previous two sets
