My usual technician was unavailable so went here as it's local. Walked in without an appointment. Was seen straight away. Technician was polite and thorough and thankfully quick.

Terrible atmosphere.All 4 technicians talking nonstop in their language loudly totally disregarding the clients like we dont exist.They lied saying that my nails were biab and charged me extra £10 for the removal-on top of the £35 which was removal included! I have never done biab in my life it was normal gel.Then they applied a shimmering dust which they wanted to charge extra £10 for which the next day was gone!Now not only there is NO shimmer but there is a weird texture in the nails.SO RUDE
