Don't normally leave reviews but this one is so deserved. Meghan was absolutely brilliant, she listened to exactly what I wanted, talked me through the options and was so friendly and enthusiastic. I came away feeling absolutely delighted with both the colour and cut. Highly recommend and I am delighted to have found my new hairdresser.

Had a lovely experience! I’ve been putting off getting my haircut for years now as I had a bad experience in another salon. Megan was amazing and consulted with me about every detail! Was extremely happy by the end of it! Will 100% be back again.

What can I say Megan, you absolute star. The banter was great and flowed laughing along the way. Megan gave some fantastic advice also. She listened to exactly what I requested and delivered perfection! I am overjoyed at the cut, colour and gorgeous beach waves! One of the best cut/ highlights I’ve had in a long time. Well done Megan. I am definitely looking forward to my next visit.

Unfortunately on day of appointment I ended up at A&E with my partner. Called to apologise and said would rebook in a few days when home. When called back asked about possibly getting a partial refund towards a new appointment (obvs not a full one) and was told very abruptly to speak to Treatwell not them. When I did so, Treatwell had been told to refuse me any refund. Disappointing customer service, guess they would rather lose repeat business than show a bit of flexibility or understanding.
