The staff here were amazing- so friendly, genuine and sweet. The venue's interior was spotless and clean. My main criticism would be that it was quite hard at times to feel fully relaxed as there was a lot of background noise: people laughing loudly (in the staff room?), telephone ringing and doors slamming- I can only think this was because the walls are quite thin, was quite distracting but obviously not the fault of the beautician.
The back massage was good, very firm because I asked her to focus on my back and the tension there- she really understood what I wanted. The facial was also good and relaxing although I didn't think it was the best idea for her to use exfoliation mitts on my skin as I have very sensitive sore skin which then flared up and I went home with red raw skin. Luckily the next day it subsided and was lots smoother and I had compliments about how 'glowing' my skin looked- so all in all, a good experience at the salon!
