Staff were lovely! And the place was super clean and modern and well... spa-like! Was very impressed. The massage treatment was wonderful!! The lovely lady who did it was conscious of my preferences in regards to pressure etc, and also gave me some tips to help me at home. The only very slight thing I could mention to be improved was that there was a phone incessantly ringing outside the room, for the first half of my massage, not particularly loudly but I was very tense so was just more aware of it I think! I doubt whether everyone would have even noticed! When it stopped I completely relaxed and enjoyed the treatment very much! Thank you!

I understand that when you book a 7pm appointment in a salon that closes at 8pm you should expect to be there at the end of the day. What I didn't expect was staff members to be mopping the floor in my eyeline and shouting to each other about how they needed to get out of work. The manicure itself was a bit odd and unlike any I've ever had. My cuticles have been cut so deep that they still hurt 2 days later and in one area I can see red skin around the side of my nail. I was unimpressed with the UV light as well: each hand had 8 trips below the light (instead of the usual 3) and the light genuinely burned my hand which is unusual. It feels like the tips of my nails are sunburnt [which I've certainly ever had before from shellac]. My nails look alright but the experience wasn't great so I don't think I'll return.
