It was painless... or perhaps I have a high pain threshold. It also felt a bit rushed. Wasn't pleased with bits of wax I found later when I got home. However, staff were very friendly and the interior of the place is actually a lot nicer than the exterior.

I booked my pedicure and manicure in successive appointments. I had to call to rearrange the time on the morning of the appointment and they were able to let me come in a bit later but said I may have to wait for 10 minutes between appointments. I was left waiting for about half an hour, which was a bit annoying, but just glad to get my nails as planned.
