The treatment was ok but not as relaxing as I had hoped or in comparison to when I've had the same treatment elsewhere. The reception staff were pleasant but the therapist seemed to just want to get it over with. The therapist went in and it of the room a couple of times so the sound of the door, the sound of her preparing products, and noise from outside the room made it very difficult to relax. Music only started playing in the treatment room halfway through my time there, the atmosphere wasn't that good. The treatment was ok and I liked the heated mask that was used in particular, but next time I want this treatment I think I'll look elsewhere. This salon is so close to my house that I would give it another try but definitely for another treatment next time. It was not the worst experience but I would definitely prefer to go elsewhere for this treatment.
