I have been here many times for a massage and always had only positive words to say. This trip did not live up to the same standards I have usually experienced here. I arrived for my appointment and was then made to wait 20 minutes for my masseuse. She did not apologise for the lateness (until after the treatment as I was leaving). The pressure was very good though the masseuse’s fingernails were too long and so I felt that I was being scratched with each stroke. Perhaps this was just a bad day which I understand does happen though nevertheless disappointing from a salon which usually has impeccable service.

Probably one of the best massages I've ever had! My therapist was so nice and welcoming, very thorough and knowledgeable, I felt incredibly relaxed afterwards. Will definitely book again!
