Tatiana was absolutely lovely and made me feel very at ease. She talked me through all the stages of the facial and did thorough extractions. Will definitely be returning to have facials with Tatiana.

Lovely place, very welcoming therapist. Eyelash tint was fine, Shellac pedicure good, although a slightly bumpy finish on closer inspection - perhaps as it was white and so had to be quite thick.

Staff were efficient and friendly. The lady who did my waxing (Mary I think) was really lovely and did a great job. This was actually my first wax and she was very reassuring and understanding.
