I booked in for a wash cut/restyle and blow dry which was great, the lady was lovely and did a great job !! I had also booked in for biab/ builder gel nails which was a horrible experience. Did the wrong type of nail then when I told her she made out it was my fault and was huffing and puffing. All around my cuticles are cut, bleeding and sore, and when I kept telling the lady she’s hurting me she just continued. Thought she was rude and unprofessional.
