I do not think this review should reflect on Fatima as she came to the rescue. I had two stylist attempt to do my hair it was an absolute shambles. Luckily Fatima stepped in - she also had to fix another lady’s hair that had been messed up by one of the previous stylist. Only book with Fatima as the rest of the stylist do not have a clue or just can’t be bothered at all. The place could also do with a good tidy and clean. I would definitely not be going back at all.

I had an uneven cut which was then hidden while blowdried. I am very disappointed. I had to also pay an extra £10 as they said my hair long. It would have been helpful if they had this mentioned this on treatwell rather than it being a surprise.
