The nail technician was rushed. He was quite harsh with his filing and burnt my nails as the tool got quite hot as he was removing the sns nails. He also kept catching my skin whilst working on my nails. I don’t expect to pay almost £50 for a treatment that is not satisfactory and uncomfortable.

I’ve been to GLAM nails 4 times now and have had a really good manicure and shellac, which has lasted the full 2 weeks required. Attention to detail is spot on and I can be very picky!
