Salon very busy, treatment was very rushed and rather careless. Small piece of nail ripped and file caught skin on finger. Result looked okay but not sure how long it will last. Used salon many times before and have always given a 5 star rating. I expected the salon to be very busy but taking 'walk in' bookings when I, like other customers, had booked an allocated time is somewhat annoying especially when you don't receive the service you expect.

Never the most relaxing experience for me as my feet are so ticklish but they always do a good job and it lasts for ages

Bit disappointed this time. I usually have a good experience but this time got sent away before nails were totally dry and so a couple of them have smudged. Will now have to find time to go back.
