Very good value for money: you don't pay much but you also don't get much. I've got uneven and too short nails in a nice colour

Very poor - as soon as I walked in the assistant was quite rude when I couldn’t find proof of payment despite me being able to show my booking. Then I was asked to choose my colour. I chose and I was told I couldn’t have that colour without paying £10 extra at which point the assistant removed about 20 colour options - why not tell me this at the start? The overall finish is also poor with sharp edges, very little colour depth and cut cuticles on two fingers. The salon itself appears unhygienic as do the appliances/tools. Very disappointed.

Love my nails! Hardly and failed and gorgeous design and they were done really quickly. Perhaps some new nail colours would make the colour choice easier and I was left for around 10 mins during the application. Also some music would be nice to make the treatment more relaxing. However, the value is amazing.
