Walked into a dirty cold salon. To be told to sit. No conversation throughout, the staff spoke in their own language and didn’t speak to me until she wanted to be paid. Not impressed at all

The actual salon isn’t too well decorated/presented. But the service was good. One thing that was an inconvenience was that I’d booked for a full set of Acrylic and it was shown at a price of £18, but they didn’t specify that that price was only if a standard nail polish was chosen. I accidentally picked a gel color and I ended up with a bill of £28.

Staff spoke between themselves in a different language and kept swapping between nail technicians to do my nails. Took my own nail polish which wasn’t a problem, the lady who painted them was the nicest of them all. Would still go back as they are brilliant acrylics and good value!

it's kinda OK this time as I don't need to wait for that long, but one thing has changed as they wouldn't do gel nail on the price of £18 ? it's only for normal nail colour after nail extention. as normally they have had it before of the previous visit and before. over all is good only need to put it clear on treatments detail.
