My second visit for highlights, it seemed two of us were booked for highlights at the exact same time 11.30am this meant we were passed from salon chair to waiting bench several times while stylist tried to juggle applying and rinsing both colour treatments. This was not ideal and made for an uncomfortable experience this time around
