My appointment started 45 minutes late. Shanaya was very sweet and nice to speak to. The wax itself was quite patchy on my legs and bikini line.

I got waxed here a day before my holiday and my body broke out with an itchy rash resembling ringworm, and my arms were covered in itchy red bumps. So many patches of hair were left and leftover wax everywhere. My arms are also full of bruises. Very unhygienic methods used and the salon was dirty. No privacy while changing and no wipes provided. The rashes still haven’t disappeared and I had to buy new clothes on holiday to cover my arms and legs :( overall terrible and a waste of money

Had appointment felt really busy in saloon. Sytlist seemed nice but she was talking others and whilst doing my hair 🙄 there was no atmosphere! I felt my treatment was rushed not done properly blowdry and cut was nothing special!wouldnt return here!
