Booked in for half a head of highlights and the hair stylist did 2 thirds of my hair and charged me full price for a full head of highlights (150). Not happy with the highlights a bit brassy at the Front. Hair cut was uneven. Will not be coming back again! Probably worst experience I have had going to a hair dresser.

Booked for 4pm on the day, showed up was told my hairstylist wasn’t in that day and that they tried to reschedule, i didn’t receive any reschedules. Waited an hour for the next availability, hair cut was way way shorter than i wanted and choppy. Atmosphere was awkward they were all talking in their own language and giggling and i felt ignored. Hair was blowdryed at the end but it was just frizzy.
