The lady doing the blow dry was really harsh asked for curly blow dry but she wasn’t professional. I’ve had my hair done from here before by another staff member who was really good that’s why i went back.

The salon seemed chaotic - noone was paying attention to customers. I had to wait a while for someone to speak to me. When someone did seat me they wandered off again and didn't say what they were doing but carried on with another customer - just being told they'd be back in a moment or whatever would have been good. It would have been good if the hairdresser had washed her hands in between. Overall it seemed unprofessional, unwelcoming and disorganised.

I booked my appointment on the day at work and they rang me and asked me to come earlier so raced to get there at 6, when I got there, they clearly wanted to leave, the air con was broken and was making a horrid noise and the cut was rushed and bad.
