My hair has been left wonky, my hair was washed with freezing water, I was the given a sopping wet towel which had clearly just been used by a previous client, which is highly unhygienic.

Completely rushed job. My hair has not been cut straight, it’s all wonky at the bottom and my fringe doesn’t look good at all. It has been left in my eyes. I am really disappointed with how my hair has been left.
