This is not a relaxing gentle massage,more of a sports massage which I prefer

Max was very professional and knowledgable. He made me feel very comfortable throughout my massage and really worked out the problem areas of my shoulder and back, relieving a lot of tension. I felt amazing by the end, and was able to move much better and in a lot less pain than when I got there!
