I booked my lashes in on Sunday morning and messaged the salon straight away to ask if I needed a a patch, I did not receive a reply. I was going to turn up to my 5 o’clock appointment any way to see at 4:30 my appointment had changed to 5:20. I turn up at the salon at the changed time Claire did not have a mask so I had to wait while her daughter got one, when I went upstairs (at 5:30) this was not acknowledged or apologised for, similar things happened on my last appointment. Lashes okay

Amazing pamper hour at Glam Clinic- started with a back, neck and shoulder massage with Sam and it was wonderful! So relaxing but helped with my aches and pains! The derma planing was also great- Claire was really chatty and friendly and my skin was glowing!! Can’t wait to book again next month. Thank you

Carla gave me a really good cut. Not been to hairdressers for about 9 months so was badly in need of re-styling. Carla was friendly and professional and I will definitely be returning. I use GLAM for other beauty treatments and can also recommend Claire who does a great waxing job.

The swedish massage was only just average to be fair. Had much more expectations especially because I have had similar in the past.
‘The boss’ who supposedly does the facial waxing had an emergency to handle, and couldn’t come in, i opted to reschedule my appointment and was told she would contact me to reschedule or refund me. Its been 2 days now and no one has reached out to me yet, no refund, no rescheduling!! As a first time customer, definitely gonna be my last time!!
