The haircut itself was fine, and service was very friendly.
However, there was a discrepancy between the option I booked (which I believed honestly was appropriate for my hair type + needs) and what the salon deemed suitable. I ended up having to pay a price difference that was larger than would've been had the correct option been made much clearer and available on Treatwell. I know it's important to differentiate between the actual service and the booking experience, but it needed to be said.

I'm very pleased and satisfied with my haircut. The hairdresser was extremely attentive, careful, and thorough, really listening to what I wanted. The result looks great, feels fresh, and was done with genuine care and professionalism from start to finish.

It was just a bit cold in the room even with a heater I would suggest an electric blanket to keep customers warm during treatment
