Left shop with my nails all different lengths and no proper shaping. UV lamp wasn’t working so I had to point it out to them, ended up leaving shop after three hours with nails without topcoat and most nails are just not painted properly. I prepaid on Treatwell otherwise I would not have paid for the service. Was offered free polish next time but I’m out of pocket £48 and have to go somewhere else to get my nails done properly. Not a good experience.

not too bad, but not sure if the most experienced. I asked for longer bangs which I was assured I will have, not exactly what I wanted. but very friendly.
