I wanted a change of look and requested to have my very long hair cut to shoulder length, and I also provided a photo of what I was looking for. Mena was very helpful making suggestions to cut it just a little past the shoulders for easy styling and recommended treating my hair with serum to help with the frizz (without pushing products - I've gone and purchased something on my own). The hair wash was thorough and very relaxing leaving my scalp squeaky clean. Highly recommended service.

Nothing wrong with the actual haircut. It would just be nice to have more of a conversation at the start of the type of look I wanted and help advise what o should have cut to achieve the look. I feel like this is fairly standard nowadays.

I consider myself a picky person in manicure/pedicure services and I loved this place and the technician who attended me. It was my first time but I will definitely be back! Good quality of service/price.
