I was not in the mood firtalking, yet she tried again and again to makesmall talk. I encouraged her to take off a couple inches and to make my hair a bit layered, but she only took off minute tips, but then basically left me with one short layer of significantly lighter top hair and a hideous looking dark long layer underneath. I will not go back.

I wanted a change of look and requested to have my very long hair cut to shoulder length, and I also provided a photo of what I was looking for. Mena was very helpful making suggestions to cut it just a little past the shoulders for easy styling and recommended treating my hair with serum to help with the frizz (without pushing products - I've gone and purchased something on my own). The hair wash was thorough and very relaxing leaving my scalp squeaky clean. Highly recommended service.
