I was not made aware that you need to bring a change of underwear and your own towel. However, they did provide me with a towel as I did not bring my own. When the scrubbing massage is complete you go into a shower to rinse offer, where there is NO shower gel, there is just shampoo and conditioner and you are not moisturised after the scrubbing massage is complete so my skin was very dry when I left. I felt quite disappointed and not at all revived or relaxed. The staff were friendly.

The lady that did my eyebrows was so nice, I would totally recommend. I have always been scared of getting my eyebrows done, but she made it totally pain free, and the only slight pain that I did feel was very minimal. So happy with this service!!
