I have been a client of Gisoo (and previously
Pampering Palace) since the shop opened 20? Years ago. I have a range of treatments, waxing, manicures and pedicures. Recently I had a Hamman. The staff are welcoming, accommodating and very professional. It is like spending time with friends.

The hairdresser I had booked went off sick the last minute and the owner of the salon went above and beyond duty of call. She offered to reschedule and apologised profusely but when she found out that I was getting my hair blow dried for a job interview the following day, offered to do my hair for free that day. Even though she’s not a hairdresser, she put so much care and effort to make sure that my hair looked nice for the interview. She truly embodies everything that’s good about London 🥰
